Et vous remarquerez la petite brique supplémentaire sur le contour extérieur afin d'être sûr que la membrane d'étanchéité montera jusqu'au-dessus du niveau du sol.
Histoire d'avoir la conscience tranquille, Vincent est également allé vérifier ce week-end avec son beau-père qui est maçon... rien ne vaut l'avis d'un spécialiste. Verdict: très bon travail! Jusque là, on a tout bon. :o)
Three weeks of construction and we are already 2 days ahead of plan.
The sewers pipes are in place, the concrete walls too, and the architect verified everything on Friday. And you will notice the extra brick of 5 cm on the outside part of the wall to make sure the waterproof membrane will cover the wall up to the level of the ground.
Just to double check, Vincent also went yesterday with his stepfather who is a mason... to have is specialist's opinion. Result: very good job! Till there, we pass. :o)
