J+18: On pose les premiers blocs

Enfin... ils posent les premiers blocs devrais-je dire... parce que c'est pas comme si on aidait beaucoup non plus! On est là, et tout ce qu'on doit faire, c'est écouter l'architecte et l'ingénieur discuter et dire quand on n'est pas d'accord. Jusque là, ça va, on gère!
Autre bonne nouvelle: on a enfin reçu le cahier des charges signé par l'entrepreneur et le planning. S'il ne fait pas trop mauvais, on devrait couler la dalle fin de la semaine prochaine et commencer à monter les murs du rez-de-chaussée dès la semaine du 26 octobre. Et pour Noël, tous les murs devraient être montés. Il restera à faire en janvier l'isolation, les briques de parement et le toit.

D+18: we are building the first blocs

Well... they are building I should say... because we are not helping much! We're standing there, and all we have to do, it's listening to the architect and the engineer debating and tell them when we disagree. Until there, it's fine, we can do it!
Another news: we finally received the last part of the contract signed by the building company and the planning. If the weather is not too bad, they should pour the ground floor at the end of next week and start building the walls of the ground floor in the week of October 26. And at Christmas, we are supposed to have all the walls. Finally, in January, they'll put the insulation, the facing bricks, and the roof.
