Je suis trop maniaque

Vincent vous dirait qu'il le sait depuis longtemps... je préfère penser que je suis une bonne auditrice. ;o)
Tout ça pour dire que je continue à gérer la maison depuis Milan.
Ce matin, email de l'architecte: le terrassier est prêt à commencer, on attend le feu vert de la Commune.
Trois coups de fils plus tard, il manque encore plein de papiers signés mais vu que la Commune a vu tous les drafts, c'est bon, on a le feu vert! La lettre est quelque part à la poste mais l'Urbanisme nous dit qu'on peut commencer.
Je n'arrive même pas à imaginer que je viens de tout lancer alors que le cahier des charges, le PV des voiries et le PV d'implantation ne sont pas signés et qu'en même temps j'engueule mes clients quand ils font pareil...

All of that to tell you I'm still following the construction from Milan.
This morning, email from the architect: the building company is ready to start, we're waiting for the City authorization.
Three phone calls later, there are still plenty of signed paperworks missing but as the City authorities reviewed all the draft documents, it's fine, we've got the authorization to start! The letter is somewhere in the mail but for the city authorities, it's ok.
I cannot imagine I just said "Go" to the architect while part of the contract, the street status minutes, and the geometrician reports are not signed and that at the same time I'm going after my clients when they do the same...
