We noticed for a couple of weeks there were very often tits flying across the house. They used to fly fro, the entrance to the back window or to the kitchen. And this did not decrease despite the windows. We just had to open the doors and they would fly in immediately. Or even through the small hole that remains between the windows on the 1st floor and the roof. Well, now, we understood why!!! There was a nest... between the insulation and the bricks. So, this afternoon, rescue operations for the tit birds. There were at least 4 babies tits (but I think I saw a fifth one). We relocated them into a wine box turned into a new nest (thanks Christophe and Catherine for the box) on the kitchen roof. We saw the tit parents turning around a little bit later... we hope the babies will make it. Fingers crossed!
