L'isolation est finie, le plancher l'est quasi. Merci à mon petit papa chéri d'avoir passé deux jours à aider Vincent... Il parait que c'est plus sympa de travailler entre hommes qu'avec moi qui fait des commentaires tout le temps. :o/
Il restera encore quelques planches à découper mais ça peut attendre un peu... surtout qu'il y a des câbles électriques dont on n'est pas trop sûrs... Mmmh, faut-il les laisser dépasser ou pas?
Du coup, on a attaqué le pare-vapeur. Pas facile de manipuler ces grands plastiques à deux mais dès qu'on en a mis un, on a l'impression d'avoir bien avancé. :o)
Pendant que les hommes travaillaient, deux étages plus bas, maman et moi avons attaqué les carreaux. Folles? Probablement... mais qu'est-ce que ça fait du bien de voir à nouveau à travers les fenêtres. Et puis mes beaux châssis gris étaient un peu palos après que les plafonneurs soient passés. La semaine prochaine, on attaque ceux de l'étage!
Two more weekends in the attic... And results are there!
The insulation is done, and the floor is almost done. Thanks to my beloved daddy who spent two days to help Vincent... They said it was better to work with men only than to have me around making comments all the time. :o/
So, there are only a couple of boards that we'll need to cut but we'll wait for them... especially because there are some electric cables we are not too sure of... Mmmh, should they be in or out? So, we started placing the plastic that should hold the vapor. Not easy to place these huge plastic sheets when it's only the two of us. But it's so big that once we place one, we have the impression that we did a lot of work. :o)
So, while the men were working, 2 floors below, my mum and I started cleaning the windows. Crazy? Most probably... but such a good feeling to see through them again. And my nice gray window frames where so pale after the plastering. So, next week, we'll do the windows on the first floor!
