La mode étant aux installation de panneaux photovoltaïques et la concurrence faisant rage dans le secteur, la logique voudrait que, dès lors que j'ai lancé des demandes de devis, les entreprises se bousculent à ma porte pour me vendre leur solution. Non?
Je retombe dans mes vieux travers... probablement tout comme au début de notre construction lorsqu'on parlait de "la crise dans le secteur de la construction" (je ne l'ai toujours pas vue d'ailleurs celle-là).
Bilan... 4 demandes de devis lancées... 3 entreprises qu'il a fallu relancer parce qu'ils n'ont jamais pris la peine de me contacter suite à ma demande... 2 devis promis mais jamais reçus... Déception! Honnêtement, pour moi, c'est vraiment un manque de professionnalisme et c'est le genre de trucs qui m'énerve... Je suis le client... et le client, il est roi, non?

I guess it's my idealistic dreams that are coming back... juste like when we started building and that everybody was talking about "the crisis in the building industry" (I still have not seen this one).
Results... I sent 4 requests... I had to remind 3 companies because they never deigned to contact me... 2 offers promised but never received... Such a deception! In all honesty, I really consider this as a lack of professionalism and that is so pissing me off... I'm the customer... and the customer is the king, no?
