Aménagements extérieurs...

On n'en finit plus de faire des petits trucs à gauche à droite. Les deux principaux du week-end ont été le redressage de la haie et l'éclairage extérieur... fini de pencher une fois d'un côté puis de l'autre. Quelques piquets, un peu de fil, et le tour est joué. C'était vraiment pas compliqué et on est prêts à faire pareil le long de la maison... 50m et même pas peur!
Sur la photo, regardez bien les mauvaises herbes, c'est la dernière fois que vous les verrez. Dans quelques jours, on pulvérise. Bye bye la savane, à nous le gazon!

On a également mis des lampes à l'extérieur. Les deux à l'arrière pour commencer, histoire de voir ce que ça donne. Ca nous plaît plutôt bien, on mettra donc les quatre de devant le week-end prochain. Par contre, il faut bien l'avouer, ça n'éclaire pas grand chose... C'est juste esthétique. Il faudra donc investir dans les bougies pour les barbecues estivaux. :o)

We can't stop doing things here and there. The two main achievements of the weekend were the installation of outdoor lamps and the straightening of the hedge... no more bending on the left or on the right. A couple pickets, some wire, and here we go. It was very easy and we are ready to do the same along the house... 55 yards, so easy!
On the picture, have a look at the weeds, this is the last time you see them. In a few days, we'll spray them. Goodbye savannah, hello grass!

As I told you earlier, we also installed outdoor lamps. We placed first the two at the back, so that we can see how it looks. As we like it, we decided to install the same at the front. That's planned for next weekend. But, we must admit, it does not really light the terrace... it's more for the look of it. I guess, we'll have to buy a few candles for the summer barbecues. :o)
