En ouvrant la boîte aux lettres ce soir, j'ai découvert une grande enveloppe... Les actes définitifs pour le terrain et le prêt hypothécaire ainsi que... le décompte final des frais de notaires et un gros chèque. Ca change des devis qui explosent le budget.
Oui, bon, c'est loin de payer les suppléments pour le gros-oeuvre et les châssis mais j'avais besoin d'une bonne nouvelle. Alors je vais prendre ceci comme un signe et croiser les doigts. :o)
When opening our mailbox tonight, I found a big envelope... The final and official documents for the land acquisition and the mortgage as well as... the final calculation for the notary fees and a big check. That's different from the estimates that are well above the budget.
Well, yes, it's far from being the value of the estimates' differences for the walls and the windows but I need a good news. So I will take this as a sign and cross my fingers. :o)
