Ben oui... mi-mai, c'était trop beau pour être vrai!
On vient de recevoir le devis et on explose le budget de... 33.000 EUR HTVA, rien que pour le gros-oeuvre. :o(
Bon, on s'attendait à un supplément à cause des fondations renforcées mais pas de 33.000 EUR. Je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion d'en discuter avec l'architecte mais je crois qu'on peut déjà oublier cet entrepreneur... Prochain post après le coup de fil à l'architecte.

We just received the estimate from the company that could start mid-May and it is above the budget by... 33.000 EUR excl. VAT, only for the shell house. :o(
Well, we expected an extra charge because of the reinforced foundation but not 33.000 EUR. I have not talked to the architect but I think we can already forget this company. Next post after the call with the architect.
